Staying with a workout is what everyone finds so tough. But, consistency is the key to results! No matter what type of exercise or diet you choose, if you don’t stay consistent, it can’t work! We have the formula everyone needs!

  • We have designed the routines and curriculum.

  • You will be trained by a skilled and certified coach who will motivate you throughout your class.

  • Training partners are in class. All you need to do is SHOW UP!

Practical Self-Defense

  • Karate – Traditional strikes, blocks and kicks combined with the traditional values of the martial arts.

  • Kickboxing – Modern applications of strikes, blocks and kicks, enabling even better standup defense.

  • Modern Applications – Incorporates escapes from grabs and holds as well as ground self-defense.

While most schools focus on just one or two areas of self-defense techniques, Elkins Karate is a unique combination of three disciplines. People who know how to defend themselves usually don't have to because they carry themselves in a more confident and assertive manner.

Stress Relief

Stress is a part of daily life. We all experience it. The difference between being stressed and managing stress has to do with regular physical activity. Work, family, school, all contribute to stress. Our program will help you manage stress as well as teach you a more positive attitude about life!
